Kid Dilla for Me, Please

So, I'm ususally not a fan of chain restaurants, but I've found a great deal that I can usually pull off, especially to go. At Pappasito's, the portions are HUGE, not to mention how many chips are usually consumed in a matter of minutes. If I'm actually hungry at happy hour, I've started ordering the Kid Quesadilla. $4 later, you have a normal sized quesadilla with just cheese or chicken fajita or beef fajita. YUM. Really crispy, buttery tortilla with cheese and meat. Can't get much better. It also comes with a bit of rice and awesome beans (very bacony, charro-refried). And the best thing? It's doable. You could even share and have plenty.
