What is a restaurant docent?

I love eating out and food - - - and I'm regularly asked for my opinion about a restaurant or for a suggestion for a good restaurant. I have no foodie background, but I do know what I like and why. As I adjust to this blogspot, I'll be adding suggestions, rants, raves, etc. about the places where I eat all over the world. Stay tuned!
